Apple has axed virtually 30,000 apps from its App Store in China, citing censorship approvals.
China has come down hard on gaming apps to tap into one of the worlds biggest markets.
Apparently, foreign companies are not directly permitted to acquire the license for releasing their apps in China.
It takes months to get the approval from the authority, said one iPhone app developer.
