That code would reach the victims Facebook contacts and send out more messages with malicious links.
Crocker will be sentenced in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania on November 23.
The investigation into Darkode was led by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the US Attorneys Office in Pittsburgh.
