According to the report, the domain is available through the SEDO marketplace.

First we had news of the death of YTS/YIFY last November.
KickassTorrents.com has been seized and currently displays the Homeland Security/Department of Justice seizure banner.
Other Kickass sister domains like Kastatic.com and Thekat.tv were also seized and display the US Homeland Security banner.
