Google Fiber’s botched update disables Wi-Fi and locks out users of the Admin panel

Yesterday Google had released an update for its Google data pipe Box.

However the Google Fiber customers could still go online using Ethernet connections.

Unreasonably long wait to get internet.

They said it’s a new software update outage.

We’ll have another go tomorrow.

Another user noted on a DSLReports forum that Having an issue today with my connection box.

It lost my custom IP address scheme and went back to default.

Now I cant reach the advanced menu.

They backed out the router update I believe.
