A 4pda Forum member B-S-G, had ported the app Google Camera to Android smartphones and tablets last month.
The only caveat was that the Android smartphone/tablet has to run on one of several Qualcomm Snapdragon processors.
Today B-S-G updated his portedGoogle Pixel Camera Appso that it now runs on almost all Android devices.
The port was made available on 4pda Forum but now is also available on XDA Forum.
This app version comes with base version 4.4.020.163412804 basically the newest for the Pixel.
Without HDR+, the app takes a lot longer to save.
The latest version also adds zero shutter lag to devices running HDR+ as said above.
