Gigi is one of many celebrities to have her iCloud account targeted by hackers in recent months.
Were told Gigi has not and will not pay,TMZ reports.
Shes contacted law enforcement and also hired a private security company to find the culprits.
According to the site, the model wants the hackers to be prosecuted.
Gigi has publicly not commented on the either the leaks or the blackmailing attempt.
The model last tweeted Sunday night about her appearance at the 2015 American Music Awards in Los Angeles.
