A 31-year old man from Lancaster has been arrested following an FBI investigation into several leaked DVD-screeners.
The movie is nominated for 12 Oscars, including Best Picture and Best Actor for Leonardo DiCaprio.
According to the prosecutors, Moriarty copied the films onto a USB drive and took them home.
