Previously, only single instance of UWP app could run at a time.
In other words, Microsoft in the past allowed multiple UWP apps to open at once.
But now, it will allow to launch the same app multiple times.
Now, a UWP app can opt-in to support multiple instances.
Instead, it will create a new instance, running in a separate process, the company explains.
