After this date, Microsoft Edge Legacy would no longer be receiving security updates.
With the support over, you will now no longer receive security updates for Edge Legacy.
Note: This version will not be included in the optional Windows 10 March Preview release.
Further, Microsoft will continue to support other apps that use EdgeHTML the rendering engine for Microsoft Edge Legacy.
The change does not affect WebView.
To develop apps for the new Microsoft Edge, you might useWebView2, the Chromium-based version of Microsofts WebView.
Microsoft recommends its users toupdate to the new Microsoft Edgeto continue using Office 365 web apps like Microsoft Teams.
