This macOS vulnerability was identified as CVE-2024-44133 and dubbed HM Surf.
According to the Microsoft Threat Intelligence report, the bypass depends on sensitive files in the ~/Library/Safari directory.
Currently, only Apples Safari internet tool uses the new protections afforded by TCC.
