The engineers at PA Online were flumoxed about the mysterious outage and couldnt identify the fault.
PA Online management also filed a complaint with the FBI.
In the subsequent proceedings, Prugar pleaded guilty on computer hacking and wire fraud charges in March 2016.
As ofOctober 1, 2015, Pa Online has ceased all operations.
