The reason is that these processors are currently unsupported by the Windows 10 Creators Update.
The upgrade fails after downloading more than 3GB of setup files for the Creators Update.
Microsoft is working with us to help provide compatible drivers to address this incompatibility.
Systems based on Clover Trail Atom processors were originally sold with either Windows 8 or Windows 8.1.
As such, the users were eligible for the free upgrade to Windows 10 when it launched.
