WoA Installer is only a tool with helps you with the deployment.
WoA Installer needs a set of binaries, AKA the Core Package, to do its job.

The app can be installed on the Raspberry Pi 3 (either themodel Bor thenewer B+).
Run WoA Installer and go to the Advanced section.
punch Import Core Package option and opt for package directly.
After importing, you will be allowed to use deploy Windows option.
However, this stripped-down version of Windows 10 is unfortunately intended for developers only.
